Expedited Service:
To get your order more quickly, take advantage of our expedited
service. Get your order to us by 3 PM Central time, and it will be
shipped on the next business day. Please add $2 to your shipping
charge. If you normally receive mail at a PO box, be sure to include your
street address, as well. This will not change the method we use to
ship your order, and it's not overnight or express delivery.
Shipping Information:
Orders are normally shipped within 5 days. (Perishable orders are
delivered on the date you have specified.) If we are experiencing an unusually
heavy volume of orders, it may take up to a week for us to ship orders.
If there are any items on your order that are out of stock, we will ship
your order when all items are available. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery
within the continental US.
Shipping is based on UPS delivery (or bookpost, if your order is books
only) to a single address in the continental US only. For orders shipped
to more than one address, please figure shipping for each additional address.
For shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, APO, FPO, and locations outside
the continental US, please call, fax, or email us the items in your order,
and we will advise you of the shipping charge based on the total weight
of the order. (Outside the continental U.S. we ship by airmail only, with
the exception of book orders to zip code addresses.)
Unless you are home during the
day, we encourage you to give us a work address for delivery of food shipments.
Many orders are sent out for delivery without requiring a signature, including
our perishable shipments. If this is the case, we cannot be responsible
for damage or loss occuring to shipments after they are delivered to your
door. You may contact us for options for delivery requiring a signature.
Payment Methods:
Payment by MasterCard, VlSA, Discover, and American Express accepted
on all orders. For mailed orders, payment by check or money order accepted
only if drawn on a US bank in US funds (not a US branch of a foreign bank).
Canadian postal union money orders made out in US funds also accepted
on mailed orders. We reserve the right to hold large orders paid by personal
check for 2 weeks to allow your check to clear. Please pay by certified
check, money order, or credit card to avoid delay in shipment.
Availability
If there are backordered items on your order, we will hold the
order until all the items are available to be shipped. If you prefer,
request to have us remove any backordered items and send what we have
in stock. In the case of any unusually long delays, we will notify you.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will
accept returns for a refund or credit on the cost of the merchandise only.
There is a $100 return limit per invoice. Books must be returned in good
condition--no cracked spines or bent covers.

information link on the page next to the item you're ordering.
